MyPATH is designed to assist people with a disability to achieve their goals.

People wishing to participate in MyPATH will usually have access to funding through:

  • Individualised Support Packages (ISP's),
  • Futures for Young Adults (FFYA)
  • Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
  • Workcover
  • Other funding bodies.

Some people may also choose to purchase MyPATH supports on a ‘fee for service’ basis, e.g. using some of their Disability Support Pension.

You can also purchase additional supports, such as individualised supports, after-hours services or camps on a fee for service basis.

Further information about DHS funding is available from www.dhs.vic.gov.au or by telephoning 1800 783 783 regarding:

  • Disability Support Register
  • Futures for Young Adults
  • Individualised Support Packages
  • Direct Payments / Financial Intermediary Services.

You may be able to apply for assistance with these fees from a Carers’ Respite Centre. You can contact the Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre on 1800 059 059.

If you have any questions about eligibility or funding, please contact the Planning and Services Co-ordinators.
