Goal of Pathway

To support people to engage in a range of exciting outdoor or indoor activities to improve & maintain physical & mental health.

This pathway has three modules:

Goal of Module

To actively engage in a variety of strategies designed to increase & maintain a participant’s fitness & health as they grow older.

Within the Healthy Ageing module there are a range of activities topics people can participate in.

These may include:

  • Mobility
  • Sensory exploration

Goal of Module

To engage in a variety of techniques to assist with relaxation, strengthening the body & developing meaningful friendships.

Within the Mind, Body & Spirit module there are a range of activities for participants to engage in.

These may include:

  • Healthy bodies

To gain an understanding & support to maintain a healthy body.

Within the Health Awareness module there are a range of activities people can participate in.

These may include:

  • Healthy lifestyles
  • Healthy eating

Making an Interest List

Whilst browsing the MyPATH website you are able to construct a custom interest based on the Modules you are interested in.

To use this feature simply click on the ADD Buttons(1) located under each module. Once you have added a module it will be displayed on the 'My Interest List'(2) in the right hand column.

The contact form on the website will be automatically filled out with the modules you are interested in.
